Returns Policy

How long do I have to return my item?

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return your item.

Can I exchange items?

Yes — you can exchange your item(s) using our online return portal, or by contacting customer service with your desired size or color.

Original Shipping Fees

We do not refund original shipping costs.

Prepaid Return Labels

With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Additional Return Guidelines

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
• Each return must include a packing slip or return invoice showing which item(s) are being returned.
• If you're returning items from multiple orders, please include a separate packing slip for each.
• All refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a digital Gift Card.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Keep your tracking number as proof of return.
• Returns are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your item(s).
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not accept in-person drop-offs.
• In rare cases, returns past 45 days will only be accepted for store credit, at our discretion.

All of our pieces are crafted with care — many include hand-stitching or embroidery, which means small variations are part of the process.

You may notice faint chalk or reference lines on the garment when it arrives. These marks are part of our sewing and alignment process and are completely normal.

They will naturally disappear after the first wash.

To care for your piece:

• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach or fabric softener
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low
• Do not iron directly on embroidery
