📦 Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and selected international destinations.
For international orders, delivery times and customs regulations may vary by country. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your region, email us before placing your order.

We keep shipping simple and transparent:

FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD (U.S. only)

$10 USD flat-rate shipping for orders under $99
Shipping fees (if applicable) will appear at checkout based on your order total.

Standard delivery times after your order has been processed:

Processing time is typically 1–5 business days. Personalized or NFC-enabled items may require 1–2 extra days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

Yes — we offer one free exchange per order (size/color).
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days, and the original item must be in new condition. Email us to begin the process. Shipping for the exchanged item is on us.

Our garments are equipped with discreet NFC chips, typically sewn behind the heart-shaped patch.

🛑 Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, we’ll try our best to make changes.
