General Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please make sure that your item meets the following conditions:
Returns must be initiated within 45 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Custom-made or personalized items, including those with embroidery, name customization, or user-submitted modifications, are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend you inspect your items upon receipt to ensure everything is perfect. If something feels off, don’t hesitate to reach out.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Getting started is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
Email us at support@evokyn.com with your order number, a brief description of your reason for return or exchange, and any supporting images (if applicable).
We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with detailed instructions. For standard returns, you may use your preferred shipping provider at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either issue your refund or ship your exchange item as requested.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and confirmed your returned item meets the above conditions:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is successfully processed.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage is not reimbursed unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We strive to be transparent. The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized items, such as those customized with names, avatars, or other personal design details.
Final sale, discounted, or clearance items.
Items returned after45 days from the date of purchase.
